There will be 3 Divisions of Pennant with the first round commencing on Sunday 3rd March 2024 for Div 2 & 3, and Sunday 24th March for Div 1.
Division 1 (scratch): 6 teams.
Division 2 (handicap): 8 teams.
Division 3 (handicap): 7 teams (the course hosting pennant round will have a bye)
Format at courses with 2 divisions playing will be morning and afternoon tee times.
First set of matches will be hitting at 8am from both 1st and 10th tees;
Second matches to follow at 8.45am.
In the afternoon, the first set of matches will hit off from 11.30am from both 1st and 10th tees; Second matches to follow at 12.15pm.
All Matches will be played in 2’s. Handicap division to be played in order from 7 to 1
In HANDICAP MATCHES the maximum handicap will be 36 for this season.
The grand final between the top two teams in each section, failing playoffs for 2nd position, will be on Sunday 5th May 2024 at a neutral venue.
